Set on the Banks of Daule river, Hotel del Parque is Guayaquil ́s first
luxury boutique Hotel. The beautiful clapboard building is steeped in
history, and forms a vital piece of Guayaquil ́s past. Built in 1891 by
the city ́s oldest charity, the property was moved board by board to
its current natural surroundings in the 1980s, and has been
meticulously and lovingly re-erected and restored. The hotel’s historic building is located within Parque Histórico, a tropical park complete with botanical gardens, a wildlife sanctuary
and experiences of traditional life

The hotel has 44 guestrooms varying in shape, size and features, across two floors.
Park Suite: this magnificent 171 sq m (1.830 sq ft) two-bedroom suite looks out to the main park through its four large windows. It features a dining area, living room, small pantry kitchen, master bathroom with freestanding bathtub in addition to a half bathroom. Optional private butler service is included.
Junior Suite: the second floor suite measures 66 sq m (710 sq ft) and can connect with a Signature Room with a king size bed creating a comfortable 114 sq m (1.227 sq ft) two-bedroom suite.
Signature Rooms: Their size range between 51 and 60 sq m (549-645 sq ft.) in some cases include a second panoramic window.
Deluxe Rooms: king size beds or two full size beds. Measuring between 37 and 45 sq m (398 - 484 sq ft) most of these rooms can be connected to each other offering various configurations.
